If it does not get in 20 ranks on neither search engines, there would be nothing you pay. You choose the keyword by yourself for this service. Be careful that the fee varies with what word you choose, depending on the volume of the words (which means how much the words searched per month) and the difficulty of SEo tuning. You can choose the search engine you take the SEO services. Google and Yahoo, only Google, and only Yahoo. If you take the service only for a search engine, the fee will be cheaper. The fee will be more expensive with two search engines, but you do not have to pay for two search engines when your website get high rank on both engines.
